This pouring machine is of advanced technology. It uses international famous driving & control components and control system. It is of complete mechanical servo or variable frequency drive mode, no hydraulic system. It is safe, reliable, of stable operation and easy maintenance.

This pouring machine is composed of pouring ladle, servo tilting mechanism, lengthways moving mechanism, sideways moving mechanism, control system, operation system and stream inoculation system.

It is applicable for online continuous pouring of gray iron and ductile iron of different moulding technologies such as static pressure moulding, horizontal parting slip flask moulding and self-setting sand moulding to enhance efficiency and improve casting quality.


Of optimized ladle structure, it has excellent thermal insulation property.

A lid is placed on barrel type ladle to ensure less heat dissipation and satisfactory thermal insulation effect.

Pot-shaped ladle spout can attain nice skimming effect.

Return molten iron titling mechanism is included.



Complete mechanical transmission, which is safe and reliable

Tilt pouring is of AC servo drive. German servo motor and digital servo controller are fitted and the speed can be adjusted steplessly. Stable pouring and ladle return can be achieved by operating principal and subordinate servo handles.

Lengthways moving is transmitted by pinion and rack. Servo controller is used for speed regulation and locating. It enables the pouring machine to move along the pouring section for specific pitch or multiple pitches in order to realize transposition pouring and trace pouring.

Sideways moving is transmitted by lead screw and gear motor variable frequency drive. It is for adjustment and setting of horizontal position of ladle spout.


Most advanced control and operation system

Controlled by PLC, this pouring machine has manual and semi-automatic operation functions. Operation button, servo maneuvering handle and colorized man-machine interface on control console can be used to set and display each operation parameter, monitor operation state, and diagnose, dispaly & alarm fault in real time.

Control and management system are of simplified Chinese menu.

We use professional German PLC (IndraMotion MLC Runtime specialized motion controller), servo controller, servo motor, operation display, man-machine interface and maneuvering handle.

Main control unit PLC is featured with function to communicate with Internet and Profibus, which can attain necessary information interchange and interlocking control with the moulding line.



Complete and sophisticated pouring functions

·Storage and invoking of the position of ladle spout

It has interface input and demonstration record storage modes.

Stored sprue position can be addressed automatically for invoking.

·Fine adjustment and modification of ladle spout position

When ladle spout shape deforms during pouring process, certain button can be pressed for fine adjustment and modification.

·Stable pouring of equal pressure head

During pouring process, height and position of ladle spout remain unchaged to ensure stable pouring of equal pressure head.


·Pouring velocity real-time display

Pouring velocity real-time display is for operator observation. It can help to decide operation of the principal and subordinate handles.

·Single pitch or multiple pitches transposition

Press certain button can achieve ladle transposition of single flask pitch or multiple flask pitches.

·Manual ladle advance and return,automatic ladle return and advance

·Minimum molten iron alarm and overtime pouring alarm

Tilting angle indicates remained molten iron quantity. Minimum molten iron alarm is set to prompt pouring stop or ladle replacement. When single ladle pouring time exceeds the specified time, alarm is actuated automatically and pouring is stopped.

·Trace pouring function

Pouring machine can move synchronously with the flasks strip without stop of pouring. As an ordering option, position transducer is used (or the pouring machine is synchronized with moulding line by servo drive mechanism) to realize trace pouring.


Synchronous stream inoculation

Stream inoculation devices include material hopper, material feed quantification device, blowing device and infrared hot metal detector. These devices can feed inoculant evenly with molten iron stream during pouring. Startup & stop of inoculant conveying and pouring are synchronous. Inoculant feed quantity is set by frequency converter and the parameters can be stored in system.

 

Reliable safeguard

The device has reliable human, device and fault safeguard functions. Programme control lock are used to prevent maloperation. Safety emergency stop device is installed and conected to safety relay module inside control cabinet.


Customized pouring technological requirements

·Pouring of static pressure moulding line

Static pressure moulding line has consistent mould dimension and transfer pitch & height for efficient volume production.

Static pressure moulding line pouring machine has flexibility of lengthways moving, sideways moving and tilt pouring. And it can be used for continuous pouring inside cycle time of automatic moulding line to enhance efficiency and improve casting quality.

·Pouring of resin sand moulding line

Resin sand moulding line is applicable for short run production of products with various mould dimensions and diverse sprue positions.

Resin sand moulding line pouring machine has flexibility of lengthways moving, sideways moving, ladle lifting and tilt pouring.
Sprue position can be adjusted by rise, lowering, lengthways moving and sideways moving mechanisms. While tilt pouring can be realized by three axes association.

This pouring machine has long lifting stroke, being most suitable for online continuous pouring when sand mould sprue position varies.



·Pouring of horizontal parting slip flask moulding line

Horizontal parting slip flask moulding line can adjust mould height according to product requirements and realize efficient volume production.

Horizontal parting slip flask moulding line pouring machine is of short lifting stroke. Ladle spout height can be set on interface as per mould height variation. Sprue position can be adjusted by rise, lowering, lengthways moving and sideways moving mechanisms. While tilt pouring can realize continuous pouring inside cycle time of automatic moulding line.

Fan-shaped servo controlled pouring machine

 

Fan-shaped pouring machine is servodrive left & right tilting pouring machine. The ladle is of fanshaped cross section. This pouring machine is of complete mechanical transmission, being safe and efficient. It can be used for continuous pouring inside cycle time of vertical parting moulding automatic line to enhance efficiency and improve casting quality.


Main components of the machine

Fan-shaped pouring machine is comprised of fan-shaped ladle, fitting ladle lid, pouring machine, stream inoculation device, electrical control system, control console and track system.

Ladle with fan-shaped cross section enables molten iron sprue to be close to sector circle center. Ladle lid is installed on pouring machine to ensure satisfactory thermal insulation performance. Reverse direction molten iron pouring mechanism is equipped.

This pouring machine has lengthways (along X axis) moving, sideways (along Y axis) moving and tilt pouring (along A axis) flexibility. A axis is servodrive, X and Y axes are variable frequency drive. This machine is of complete mechanical transmission and no hydraulic system. It is safe and reliable, of easy operation and maintenance.

Feeding quantification helix of stream inoculation device is driven by frequency converter. It is of precise quantification and convenient adjustment.

Equipped with German Siemens PLC, touch type display screen, SEW servo controller and frequency converter, the electrical control system can be used to set and display each operation parameter, monitor operation state,and diagnose, dispaly & alarm fault in real time. Control and management system are of simplified Chinese menu.




Main technical characteristics of the machine

· Ladle tilting is of servo drive.Tilting angular velocity during pouring process changes as per representative flow-time curve to attain optimal pouring effect. It is of high repeated positioning accuracy.

· The high cost performance pouring program is of rhythm “slow-fast-slow, rapid ladle return”. It is used to realize quantified pouring with the best technological pouring velocity.

· When pouring is set as automatic mode, unmanned operation can be realized.

·Computer and servo motor are used to control angular velocity of the ladle, while principal and subordinate handles are employed to adjust molten iron flow rate.

· It has manual, automatic and demonstration functions. Different pouring parameters can be input and stored to carry out pouring of different products. Parameters can be adjusted on control console.

· Pouring machine is controlled by variable frequency system. It can move along directions of X and Y.

· Automatic pouring control system is suitable for moulds requiring rapid pouring, being most appropriate for automatic pouring of fast vertical parting moulding line.

Bottom gating thermal insulation pouring machine

Bottom gating medium frequency thermal insulation pouring machine is a representative mode for thermal insulation pouring in moulding line. With the development of plug rod refractory material, bottom gating pouring furnace has been successively applied in cast steel production.


This machine uses medium frequency power supply for induction heating of molten iron. It is for heat preservation of molten iron and continuous pouring inside cycle time of vertical parting moulding automatic line to enhance efficiency and improve casting quality.


Main components of the machine

This machine includes bottom gating medium frequency thermal insulation ladle, fitting ladle lid, plug rod elevator mechanism, large transfer car for lengthways moving along X axis, small transfer car for sideways moving along Y axis, electrical control system and control console.

Bottom gating medium frequency thermal insulation ladle is manufactured by professional furnace company. It includes electric furnace body, power supply, water-cooled cable, sealed water-cooling tower and tilting mechanism.

Plug rod-plug tap assembling unit is product from professional manufacturer.

Large transfer car for lengthways moving along X axis is of traveling wheel mode, while small transfer car for sideways moving along Y axis is of pinion and rack mode. They are both of variable frequency drive.

·It is of complete mechanical transmission and frequency converting control mode, which is safe, reliable and easy for operation & maintenance.

·Furnace input power can be changed at random to precisely control temperature rise velocity of molten iron and the pouring temperature.

·Production cycle time of melting unit and moulding line can be effectively balanced.

·It is of rapid temperature rise velocity, which allow low temperature molten iron be conveniently recycled.

·Molten iron discharge gate is at bottom of the pouring furnace. It is of strong slagging capacity, which can effectively decrease slag inclusion defect of castings.

·Plug rod can only move upwards and downwards, being simply and fast. The pouring velocity can achieve 400 moulds/hour.

·Ladle return area for emergency molten iron discharge is reserved during machine layout.
