    Shen Tie project equipment is being shipped out in stages.

    The Shenyang Railway Bureau has ordered our company’s large-scale water-glass sand vacuum-hardening automatic production line. The equipment has been undergoing phased acceptance inspections at our factory and will soon be painted before being shipped to the customer.

     

    The sand treatment on this line is performed at ambient temperature with a regeneration process, and the productivity is... 20t/h The molding line is fully automatic. The dimensions inside the sand box are: width 1.5m , long 8m , high 0.5m It is mainly used for producing manganese steel castings for railway applications.

     

    1 ) Two units VRH Vacuum hardening chamber, volume per unit 17m3。

     

     

    2 ) Large flip-mold machine, opening dimensions 2m × 1.5 m ×8.5 m , maximum load 15t。

     

     

    3 ) Upper vibration compaction equipment

     

     

    4 ) Other equipment such as sand mixers
