(Summary description)        Recently ,our company’s latest research and development,with completely indepandent intellectual property rights of intelligent large size full automatic vertical parted flaskless shoot-squeeze molding main machine and supporting equipments, all passed the acceptance of the expert group,will be sent to customer.         The sand mold size of the equipment is 1400x1300x200-650mm,the molding speed is 150 molds/hour, adopt double-size compaction process, the average hardness of the sand mold is more than 85;the position of the mold palte in the mold cavity can be adjusted automatically to ensure the consistency of the sand mold accuracy. The first stage conveying of sand mold adopts double moving PMC ,which is more stable and reliable. The second stage conveying adopts synchronous belt cooler, the length is determined by the user according to the needs. Advanced PLC control system and intelligent post-market monitoring system can monitor the running status of equipment and realize automatic fault diagnosis and alarm. Good human-computer intercation interface ,the production parameters can be adjusted quickly,reserved MES interface,can be seamlessly connected with ERP in the user site and other interlligent management system, a number of indicators to fill the gap in the industry.         This product is mainly used to the production of manicipal casting and board castings.
