Our company’s relocation, renovation, and upgrade project—designated as a key construction project in Hebei Province—recently passed the acceptance inspection conducted by an expert panel. The total investment for the project is 1 billion yuan, and it covers an area of 350 mu. The company’s headquarters, R&D center, and marketing department are located at No. 1558 West Third Ring Road in Baoding City, while the new factory is situated in the Shunping Industrial Zone, approximately 10 kilometers from the headquarters. Company Headquarters New Factory Site After relocating to the new site, the company has undergone more than two years of process reengineering and transformation, significantly enhancing its technological level and production capacity! The company has equipped itself with three state-of-the-art coating lines and eight ventilation and dust removal systems, earning it the B-level environmental performance rating in Hebei Province. Coating Line Dust Removal System The 25,000-square-meter final assembly plant has an annual production capacity of 300 units of various types of shaping lines. The company operates two machine sub-factories, each equipped with two large floor-type boring and milling machines, two large five-sided horizontal machining centers, 11 gantry machining centers and boring-milling centers over four meters in length, 46 medium- and small-sized CNC lathes and machining centers, 38 conventional machining devices, and 16 specialized processing equipment—including one horizontal lathe capable of machining parts up to 5 meters in diameter. It was among the first in the industry to obtain certifications such as ISO9000, and is equipped with a range of modern testing instruments, including direct-reading spectrometers, ultrasonic detectors, and three-coordinate measuring machines. As a demonstration enterprise for cloud adoption in Hebei Province, the company has consistently been at the forefront of digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading in the industry. Currently operational intelligent systems include: an intelligent office automation system (OA), a product aftermarket intelligent management system (PAM), a product full lifecycle intelligent management system (PLM), a rail-guided intelligent transportation system (RTI), a network video intelligent monitoring system (NVM), and an enterprise resource planning system (ERP) currently under development. On the morning of February 28, 2025, a XZZ417AD shaping line belonging to our client, Suqian Chuba Sports Equipment Co., Ltd., experienced an abnormal operation during production. After diagnosis by our intelligent aftermarket system, it was determined that an imported proportional valve had malfunctioned and needed to be sent back to the factory for repair. To avoid disrupting the customer’s production, our company immediately dispatched a vehicle carrying a new valve to the customer’s site. The valve arrived at 10 p.m. that same evening, and after replacement, the XZZ417AD line resumed normal production without any further issues. The customer’s representative called our sales manager and said, “You truly understand what our customers need! We’re so grateful!”
