    The Kazakhstan project has begun shipping.

    Since last year, Kazakhstan’s FORMAT Company has placed orders with our company for six production lines in succession, with a total contract value exceeding 100 million yuan. The first order included a static-pressure line and its accompanying sand-processing line, both of which have now been completed. Recently, the user’s expert team successfully completed the factory acceptance testing and is about to ship the equipment.

    From May 20 to 23, at the Tianjin International Exhibition Center, our company had a fruitful experience at the 23rd China International Foundry Expo: we signed purchase contracts for four vertical production lines and welcomed nearly 10,000 visitors.

    On the morning of February 28, 2025, a XZZ417AD shaping line belonging to our client, Suqian Chuba Sports Equipment Co., Ltd., experienced an abnormal operation during production. After diagnosis by our intelligent aftermarket system, it was determined that an imported proportional valve had malfunctioned and needed to be sent back to the factory for repair. To avoid disrupting the customer’s production, our company immediately dispatched a vehicle carrying a new valve to the customer’s site. The valve arrived at 10 p.m. that same evening, and after replacement, the XZZ417AD line resumed normal production without any further issues. The customer’s representative called our sales manager and said, “You truly understand what our customers need! We’re so grateful!”

    Ensure high-quality development with a high level of security.

    On the afternoon of February 6, the company held a general staff meeting. The theme of the meeting was: Ensuring high-level safety to support high-quality development. Comrade Zhang Haijun, Deputy General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, presided over the meeting. Comrade Jin Jianhua, General Manager of the company, announced the list of award-winning units and model employees for the year 2024. Comrade Xiao Zhongshu, Chairman of the Board and Secretary of the Party Committee, delivered a mobilization speech on safety education and high-quality development. This year, order growth at the start of the year has been relatively rapid—especially for new products that feature advanced intelligence levels. Many departments within the company have already begun working overtime starting from February 1, going all out to ensure both quality and schedule, thereby guaranteeing that all projects will be delivered on time and delivering a satisfactory performance to the market!

    The company holds a group New Year’s gathering.

    At 4:30 p.m. on January 25, the company held a group celebration meeting in the factory cafeteria. In addition to employees working the previous three shifts, about 680 people from the day shift and the second shift attended the event. Following the group celebration ceremony, a variety of exciting raffle activities were organized. Each participant received a commemorative prize, and there were also over 300 prizes awarded for first, second, and third places, as well as special prizes. After the group celebration concluded, the company began its Spring Festival holiday. The research institute, sales department, after-sales service division, manufacturing department, and five branch factories continued working overtime until the 30th day of the 12th lunar month.

    Our company had a strong start to the year with January's orders.

    In January 2025, following the signing of the contract for the large-scale (2500x1600) static-pressure casting line at Linzhou Jinshi Axle Bridge, our company delivered a “turnkey” solution—including all eleven production lines at Anyang Xinyuan’s newly established foundry (one dual-station static-pressure line, four large-scale vertical lines, three 160-ton-per-hour sand-processing lines, and three post-processing lines)—as well as the automated molten iron transfer system. In addition, this month we signed contracts for two additional self-hardening sand production lines and five more vertical lines. As a result, our company has already secured valid contracts worth over 130 million yuan in January alone. This marks the first small surge in orders since market demand began to cool last year, setting a promising start for 2025!

    A fresh start for the New Year.

    At the turn of the year, all departments within our company have continued to carry out cleanup and reorganization efforts in their spare time, giving our factory premises—covering hundreds of thousands of square meters—a brand-new look. In January, to ensure timely shipment for nine projects—including Si Hui in Thailand, Mot in Turkey, and Peng Yuan in Hebei—as well as expedited production for over ten other projects such as BYD Phase III, China Shipbuilding’s No. 403 Factory, and Fuyat in Kazakhstan, each branch factory has been rigorously controlling quality, diligently implementing process schedules, and going to great lengths to meet deadlines. Looking across the entire company—from top to bottom—the new year is ushering in a completely fresh atmosphere.

    We’re Always by Your Side—A Chronicle of Rapidly Resolving Customer Issues

    At 4 p.m. on April 18, 2024, the automatic pouring machine on the hydrostatic automatic molding line—ordered by Ruifeng Power Group’s Foundry Workshop No. 2 in 2012—from our company suddenly stopped working. Upon investigation, it was found that an electrical control module imported from a German company had failed. Upon receiving the call, the manager in charge of after-sales service immediately began searching for and verifying the necessary spare parts. Due to the urgency of the task and in order to get the production line back up and running as soon as possible, Ruifeng Power proposed sending personnel and a vehicle to pick up the part. To save time, our company immediately decided to dispatch a vehicle to deliver the part right away. At the same time, the chief engineer and the project manager accompanied the vehicle to provide on-site guidance and ensure proper installation and adjustment, thus preventing any potential errors. By 7:30 p.m., the malfunction of the pouring machine had been resolved, and the hydrostatic molding line resumed production. Mr. Zhang, a director at Ruifeng Power Group, sent a WeChat message to our company’s chairman expressing his gratitude. In response, our chairman said: “Mutual benefit and win-win cooperation—we’ll always be by your side.” We will always remain our customers’ friends and stay by their side.
