Static-pressure molding automatic production line
Advanced shaping technology—The preferred solution for mass production of high-end castings.
Main features of the styling line

The technology of blow-air pre-compaction combined with multi-contact high-pressure compaction molding is employed, resulting in sand molds with high hardness and uniform compactness, high mold assembly accuracy, high casting precision, and a high yield rate. The average hardness of the sand molds ranges from 90 to 95. Hydraulic multi-contact compaction allows for adjustable compaction pressure zones, with a maximum compaction pressure reaching 1.5 MPa.
The control system is equipped with an engineer workstation, a primary operator station, and multiple field-based slave stations, each fitted with a human-machine interface. It employs advanced technologies such as industrial PCs, CNC systems, PLC fieldbuses, servo technology, proportional valves, variable-frequency speed control, automatic detection, and computer monitoring.
The entire line employs a combination of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drives. Key components are sourced from international brands to ensure smooth and reliable operation of the production line.
This is an advanced molding production line featuring fully automated and highly efficient operations, high casting precision, and a clean working environment. It is widely used in the mass production of automotive castings as well as other high-end castings made from gray iron, ductile iron, cast steel, and other materials.

Main specifications and technical parameters
★ Specifications can be customized based on the customer’s product, allowing for personalized design.

The static-pressure molding machine employs a compaction technology that combines airflow pre-compaction with hydraulic multi-touchpoint compaction, as well as template counter-compaction coupled with hydraulic multi-touchpoint compaction. This further enhances the hardness and uniformity of the sand mold parting surface, thereby improving casting accuracy.

Main components of the styling line
The molding line mainly consists of sections including molding, core assembly and box closing, pouring and cooling, and sand removal. It includes a static-pressure molding main machine, auxiliary equipment, mold conveyor, electro-hydraulic control system, as well as process equipment such as sand boxes and mold plate frames.
The static-pressure molding machine mainly comprises a lifting worktable, an air-blowing pre-compaction device, a multi-contact compaction device, a louver-type sand-feeding device, and a mold plate rotating device, which perform operations such as quantitative sand feeding, molding, core removal, and mold plate switching.
The auxiliary equipment for the molding line mainly includes box-poking machines, box-splitting machines, box-lifting machines, box-dropping machines, box-moving machines, box-turning machines, cleaning machines, box-closing machines, box-tightening and -loosening devices, gas-hole drilling devices, sprue-milling devices, and other equipment that perform auxiliary operations along the entire production line.
