Old Sand Regeneration, Air Classification, and Fine Magnetic Separation Equipment

The equipment mainly includes reclamation machines, air-classification separators, and fine magnetic separators. These are used for the fine magnetic separation of crushed old sand, regeneration to remove binders, and separation of fine powders, thereby meeting the requirements for the reuse of old sand. Depending on different processes—such as furan resin, alkali phenolic resin, esterified water glass sand, and VRH—the corresponding reclamation and separation equipment is configured accordingly.

The centrifugal reclaimer is primarily used for resin sand regeneration, featuring minimal sand particle breakage, uniform regeneration, and a high demolding rate. A three-stage cascaded reclamation process is employed for the regeneration of alkali-phenolic resin sand, yielding excellent results.

The three-axis attrition reclaimer is used for the regeneration of old sand from processes such as alkali phenolic resin sand, water glass + organic ester, and VRH, as well as for fluidized air separation. It works particularly well when combined with centrifugal reclamation.

The thermal regeneration roaster is used for the thermal regeneration of esterified water-glass sand. The spent sand, after being roasted, undergoes a combined regeneration process involving centrifugal separation and rubbing, achieving excellent results.

    Sand temperature cooling equipment

Sand cooling and temperature-adjusting equipment includes sand temperature regulators and fluidized-bed cooling air classifiers, among others.

Dust removal system: The sand-falling system and the regeneration system are each equipped with baghouse pulse dust collectors to meet national environmental protection standards.

    Self-hardening sand continuous mixing machine

Self-hardening sand continuous mixing machines come in various types, including fixed, mobile, and lift-type models, with a production capacity ranging from 5 to 100 tons per hour. They are suitable for preparing and molding sand using a variety of processes—including furan, alkali phenolic resin sand, esterified water glass, and VRH—for casting iron, steel, and non-ferrous castings.

    Sand Mixing Machine Specifications

The fixed (lifting) continuous sand-mixing machine mainly consists of a conveying boom, a sand-mixing forearm, a liquid-material system, an electrical control system, and a lifting mechanism. It is used for fixed-point sand mixing and molding with self-hardening sand.

Fully open-type sand mixing tank with wear-resistant cast iron lining plates; sand-mixing blades are inserted and positioned for precise alignment, ensuring highly uniform sand mixing.

The liquid delivery system features an imported, high-precision, corrosion-resistant liquid pump that ensures accurate and quantitative dispensing.

The electronic control system uses an imported PLC for control and features multiple mixing ratios, including manual and automatic modes, as well as fast and slow settings for hard and soft materials.

The lifting mechanism features dual hydraulic cylinders, and the lifting range is set according to customer requirements.

The mobile (lifting and lowering) continuous sand-mixing machine mainly consists of a sand mixer, a mobile cart, an on-board sand hopper, and a dust collector. The mobile cart is equipped with a dual-rail, multi-wheel synchronous walking mechanism, and variable-frequency control enables both fast and slow walking speeds. It is suitable for sand-mixing and molding of medium- and large-sized castings.

    Self-hardening sand molding production line

The self-hardening sand molding line mainly consists of a sand-mixing machine, a motorized roller conveyor, a mold-turning and lifting machine, a ramming table, a flow-coating machine, a surface-drying oven, a box-closing machine, a transfer cart, a pouring and cooling roller conveyor, and an electrical control system.

The entire line features automatic, high-efficiency operation, reliable performance, and a clean environment. It is suitable for mass production of small and medium-sized castings using various self-hardening sands, including furan resin sand, alkali-phenolic resin sand, esterified water glass sand, and VRH sand.

The automatic box-closing machine automatically completes the box-closing process for both the upper and lower boxes on the molding line, ensuring smooth, precise, and highly efficient box closure.

The flip-and-mold machine features fully hydraulic drive to perform operations such as clamping, flipping, and mold removal, with a continuously adjustable cycle time. The flipping and mold-removal speeds are regulated by proportional valves, enabling smooth, impact-free operation characterized by "slow—fast—slow" transitions.
