    Main features of the styling line

    ● Vertical parting, sandless mold box, high-speed, fully automatic operation, pre-compaction by sand injection and filling, hydraulic compaction molding—high productivity, high dimensional accuracy of castings, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly.

    ● Employs mechatronic technologies such as intelligent control and proportional control, as well as standard hydraulic and pneumatic control components. It utilizes imported components including PLCs, position sensors, pressure transducers, and touch screens.

    ● A human-machine dialogue interface has been implemented, enabling automated and stable operation of the process, as well as dynamic animation-based monitoring of input/output, fault diagnosis, and alarm functions. Various technical parameters of the machine can be adjusted and set directly on the computer screen. Remote control is also supported.

    ● It boasts leading advantages in intelligent control, mechatronics integration level, equipment operational reliability, component wear resistance, and the ability to meet integrated functions such as synchronized mold casting and conveying, mechanical core placement, synchronous cooling, and automatic sand addition, as well as in standardization and maintainability.

    Main components of the styling line

    The molding line mainly consists of a molding main unit, a sand-addition machine, a traversing core-setting machine (optional), a synchronous clamping/support conveyor, and a synchronous cooling conveyor, among other auxiliary equipment.

    The molding machine uses the principle of injection compression to form the part, simultaneously performing demolding, mold assembly, and ejection operations.

    Quick template changing device for rapid template exchange (optional).

    The sliding-type core-setting machine enables fast and accurate online synchronous core setting (optional).

    The synchronous clamping/holding conveyor operates in sync with the main machine to transport molds through the pouring and cooling processes. Clamping conveyors are suitable for transporting small sand molds, while holding conveyors can effectively enhance the precision of transporting large sand molds and reduce equipment wear.

    The synchronous belt cooler, depending on the cooling time of the castings, operates in synchronization with the clamping/support conveyor to extend the sand mold conveying time.
