    Our company’s new factory construction has fully commenced.

    Last week, construction of our company’s new plant fully commenced! The new plant is located in the Shunping County Development Zone, 6 kilometers from Baoding City. It covers an area of 400 mu and has a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. The project will be developed in two phases: Phase I covers 250 mu with an investment of 1 billion yuan. It is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2018 and the relocation will be finished in 2019. Phase II covers 150 mu with an investment of 500 million yuan and is planned to be completed by 2020. The new Design Institute and Product Trial Production Center are situated near the West Third Ring Road in Baoding City, covering an area of 20 mu. The building has been completed and is currently undergoing interior decoration; it is scheduled to be put into operation within this year. As a key enterprise included in the provincial and municipal “relocation and transformation, exiting old sites for entry into parks” initiatives and designated as a “key construction project” in Hebei Province, we also shoulder the important responsibility of driving the “transformation and upgrading” of equipment manufacturing and building a demonstration enterprise for intelligent manufacturing in China’s casting machinery industry. Our goal is to build, at a high standard and from a high starting point, a leading Chinese and world-class smart equipment manufacturing enterprise that is “green, energy-efficient, and intelligent,” thereby making our due contribution to realizing the grand vision of “Made in China 2025”!     Last week, construction of our company’s new factory fully commenced!


    The new factory is located in the Shunping County Development Zone, 6 kilometers from Baoding City. It covers an area of 400 mu and has a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. The project will be developed in two phases: Phase I, covering 250 mu with an investment of 1 billion yuan, is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2018 and will see the relocation completed in 2019; Phase II, covering 150 mu with an investment of 500 million yuan, is planned to be completed by 2020.


    The new design institute and product prototyping center, located near the West Third Ring Road in Baoding City, occupies 20 mu of land. The building has been completed and is currently undergoing interior decoration; it is scheduled to be put into operation within this year.


    As a key enterprise included in the provincial and municipal “relocation and transformation, phasing out old facilities and moving into industrial parks” initiatives—and as a “key construction project” in Hebei Province—we also bear the important responsibility of driving the “transformation and upgrading” of equipment manufacturing and building a demonstration enterprise for intelligent manufacturing in China’s casting machinery industry. Our goal is to build, at a high standard and from a high starting point, an intelligent equipment manufacturing enterprise that is both a leader in China’s casting machinery industry and first-class on the global stage—a “green, energy-efficient, and intelligent” enterprise—thus making our due contribution to realizing the grand vision of “Made in China 2025!”

    On the morning of February 28, 2025, a XZZ417AD shaping line belonging to our client, Suqian Chuba Sports Equipment Co., Ltd., experienced an abnormal operation during production. After diagnosis by our intelligent aftermarket system, it was determined that an imported proportional valve had malfunctioned and needed to be sent back to the factory for repair. To avoid disrupting the customer’s production, our company immediately dispatched a vehicle carrying a new valve to the customer’s site. The valve arrived at 10 p.m. that same evening, and after replacement, the XZZ417AD line resumed normal production without any further issues. The customer’s representative called our sales manager and said, “You truly understand what our customers need! We’re so grateful!”

    Ensure high-quality development with a high level of security.

    On the afternoon of February 6, the company held a general staff meeting. The theme of the meeting was: Ensuring high-level safety to support high-quality development.
