    Baoding Well Foundry Machinery Forges New Chapter of Cooperation with Beijing University of Technology

    Since Baoding Well Foundry Machinery Co., Ltd. established a strategic cooperation partnership with the College of Mechanical and Material Engineering, Beijing University of Technology in 2022, the faculty team of the college has rendered strong support to the company’s R&D and upgrading of new products over the past years. In return, the enterprise has contributed its industrial resources to the college’s talent cultivation, fostering a close mutually beneficial and progressive partnership.

    This year, the company attached great importance to the internship program for BJUT students. Guided by the goal of jointly building an industrial talent community between university and enterprise, we made elaborate plans and rigorous arrangements to guarantee safety and high-quality internships. We have hosted four batches of more than 200 teachers and students in total. Our full-cycle arrangements covering shuttle transportation, accommodation, catering, study, hands-on practice and assessment have won wide acclaim from all parties.

    Meanwhile, leaders from both sides have carried out mutually empowering and coordinated development initiatives covering the joint construction of experimental bases, joint talent training and resource sharing, striving to break new ground in bilateral cooperation.

    Since last year, Kazakhstan’s FORMAT Company has placed orders with our company for six production lines in succession, with a total contract value exceeding 100 million yuan. The first order included a static-pressure line and its accompanying sand-processing line, both of which have now been completed. Recently, the user’s expert team successfully completed the factory acceptance testing and is about to ship the equipment.
