    Shuttle-type double-skin cold casting conveyor line

     

    Our company’s shuttle-type double-skin cold-casting conveyor line, designed and manufactured for a U.S. enterprise, has recently been assembled and test-run at our factory. All performance indicators meet the design requirements, and the line will soon undergo painting before being shipped to the customer.


    The shuttle-type double-skin cold-casting conveyor line represents an innovative attempt to technologically upgrade the original vertical automatic molding line. When the user’s plant has limited space and the cooling time of the originally configured equipment cannot meet the requirements of new products, the shuttle-type double-skin cold-casting conveyor line is employed. While maintaining the original production efficiency, this solution doubles the cooling time inside the mold, thereby satisfying the special requirements of the customer’s new product manufacturing.

    The Kazakhstan project has begun shipping.

    Since last year, Kazakhstan’s FORMAT Company has placed orders with our company for six production lines in succession, with a total contract value exceeding 100 million yuan.
