    As we usher in the year 2016, the Party Committee, Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, General Manager’s Office, and Trade Union of Baoding Weier Casting Machinery Co., Ltd. extend to you all our warmest wishes for the New Year! We also extend our heartfelt greetings and sincere gratitude to all comrades and friends who have shown concern for and actively promoted the development of our company!


    The past year has been nothing short of extraordinary! China’s economy has entered a period of comprehensive adjustment. Under the overarching context of the “new normal,” the equipment manufacturing industry—like other sectors—is undergoing a severe test unprecedented since the reform and opening-up began! The vast ranks of employees at our company, bearing the weight of history and facing immense pressures, have been diligently focusing on quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, cost reduction, and market expansion. They’ve also been working hard to standardize corporate systems and drive “transformation and upgrading.” As a result, they’ve achieved remarkable progress in all aspects and have become one of the most dynamic enterprises in the industry—indeed, among the very few that can claim such vitality!


    In 2016, the overarching guiding principle for the nation’s economic work was “reducing overcapacity, destocking, deleveraging, lowering costs, and addressing shortcomings.” This marked a further intensification and deepening of China’s economic structural adjustments over the past two years, signaling even tougher challenges for businesses. Every enterprise in every industry will now enter a critical juncture—facing the pivotal choice between “moving forward or retreating,” between “survival or demise.” The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has repeatedly emphasized: “For most Chinese enterprises, 2016 will be a year of passing crucial tests and overcoming tough challenges. Only by aiming for world-class standards, truly undergoing transformation and upgrading, developing advanced products, ensuring superior quality, providing attentive service, building strong brands, and carving out distinctive features, can enterprises look forward to a bright future!”


    We must remain firmly confident and rise to the challenges head-on. In the new year, our company’s work priorities are: sticking to “transformation and upgrading” and resolutely embarking on a “second entrepreneurial journey”! Taking quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, cost reduction, and consumption reduction as our main focus, we will accelerate product innovation, place great emphasis on advancing manufacturing processes, steadily “reduce inefficiencies and boost efficiency,” promote a comprehensive upgrade of our management practices, and strive to enhance our ability to adapt to the market. We aim to strengthen our brand and improve our business performance, thereby rewarding our shareholders and employees!


    The situation is undoubtedly becoming more severe, and the pressures and challenges are certainly greater and more numerous! But this is not only a challenge—it’s also an opportunity! It motivates us to muster our courage, carefully assess the situation, continuously improve and innovate, and accelerate the pace of our enterprise’s advancement!     The Kazakhstan project has begun shipping.

    Since last year, Kazakhstan’s FORMAT Company has placed orders with our company for six production lines in succession, with a total contract value exceeding 100 million yuan. The first order included a static-pressure line and its accompanying sand-processing line, both of which have now been completed. Recently, the user’s expert team successfully completed the factory acceptance testing and is about to ship the equipment.
