    The large-scale vertical line, after undergoing load testing, is about to be shipped.

    Our company’s large-scale vertical-parting boxless sand-blasting automatic molding line, designed for Handan Wuan Keli Company and featuring a mold dimension of 1100×1050×200–320 mm, has successfully completed the in-plant load testing and is soon to be shipped to the customer. The three subsequent vertical lines of the same specification are currently under production, with shipments scheduled for mid-December. This year, demand for large-scale vertical-line systems has been on the rise in the market. The largest vertical-line mold currently being produced for customers measures 1200×1100×200–450 mm, with a production rate of 150 molds per hour. Load testing is underway.

    Our company’s large-scale vertical-parting boxless sand-blowing automatic molding line, with a mold dimension of 1100×1050×200–320 mm, manufactured for Handan Wuan Keli Company, has successfully passed the in-plant load test and is about to be shipped to the customer.


    The three subsequent vertically aligned lines of the same specification are currently in production and are scheduled to be shipped in mid-December.


    This year, demand for large-format vertical molds has increased in the vertical mold market. Currently, the largest vertical mold sand casting molds being produced for customers measure 1200×1100×200–450 mm, with a production rate of 150 molds per hour.

     


     

    The load test run has been completed, and the vertical-line main unit, soon to be shipped to the customer, is ready.
