    The largest semi-automatic casting machine in China has been shipped to the customer.

    Our company’s independently developed, large-scale quasi-automatic casting machine—designed to complement large-specification hydrostatic casting lines—was recently shipped to the customer after completing performance testing at our facility. This machine features three-axis servo-linked motion control, a maximum ladle capacity of 5 tons, and is equipped with two sets of automatic flow-following inoculation systems. It offers automatic ladle withdrawal, automatic ladle insertion, automatic gating system alignment, and automatic casting at a preset speed (which can be finely adjusted at any time). The operator’s console can be placed anywhere within the workshop and controlled remotely via video. Once the mold is filled, the operator simply presses a button (the only manual task required)—and the machine automatically retracts the ladle.     This machine features three-axis servo linkage capability, with a maximum ladle capacity of 5 tons and is equipped with two sets of automatic flow-controlled inoculation systems. It offers automatic ladle withdrawal, automatic ladle insertion, automatic gating system alignment, and automatic pouring at a preset speed (which can be finely adjusted at any time). The operator’s console can be placed anywhere in the workshop and controlled remotely via video. After the ladle is filled, an operator simply presses a button (the only manual task required) to return the ladle to its original position. The machine can automatically synchronize pouring with the movement of the sand boxes along the production line.


    This machine is a semi-automatic casting device. If desired by the user, it can be upgraded to fully automatic by adding an “infrared imaging” control system.


    Our company has already sold 56 units of this type of casting machine.
