    Nippon Maruyu Co., Ltd. has passed the preliminary acceptance of our company’s second large-scale hydrostatic line.

    Nippon Maruyu Co., Ltd. has passed the preliminary acceptance of our company’s second large-scale hydrostatic line.

     


    The second large-scale, static-pressure automatic molding line ordered by Nippon Maruyu Co., Ltd. (Dalian) Metal Co., Ltd. from our company passed the preliminary acceptance at our assembly plant on September 28, 2015.


    The company’s first large-scale, static-pressure molding line—featuring sand box dimensions of 1950×1500×550/450 mm and a production rate of 30 boxes per hour—was delivered and put into operation in May 2012. After more than three years of operation, it remains in excellent condition.


    Earlier this year, due to its need for capacity expansion, the company placed an order with our firm for a second static-pressure automatic molding line of the same specifications. Moreover, the configuration and technical specifications of the entire line have been upgraded significantly: the production rate has been increased to 40 boxes per hour, the hydraulic system has been switched to fully servo-controlled operation, achieving a 40% energy savings compared to the first line. Additionally, the line is equipped with a semi-automatic pouring machine capable of handling 4 tons per batch. As a result, the line’s features—such as automation, intelligence, remote control, and fault alarms—have all reached a much higher level.


    A delegation of five members, including the company’s chairman, general manager, deputy general manager, and technical manager, accompanied by our company’s leaders and experts, conducted a comprehensive pre-inspection of the main and auxiliary equipment. They also observed the entire process of the main unit’s full-load trial run. All performance indicators met the design requirements, and the delegation expressed their satisfaction.


    All equipment on this line will soon be dismantled, painted, and shipped, with the goal of delivering the final product to customers by November.
