    Our company has signed two supply contracts for the large-scale vertical-parting automatic molding line XZZ4111.

     

    Our company’s large-scale vertical-parting boxless sand-blowing automatic molding line, the XZZ4111, developed for producing plate-type castings such as well rings, well covers, and trench covers, recently passed the proposal review by a panel of experts, and we have now signed supply contracts for two such lines.


    The sand mold for this line measures 1100×1050×270–350 mm and features both positive and negative platen compaction. The hydraulic system incorporates several cutting-edge technologies, making it more energy-efficient and reliable. The operator interface is simpler, more convenient, and user-friendly. The production rate is 150–200 molds per hour.


    Equipped with a synchronous support conveyor and a synchronous belt cooler, this system can also be optionally fitted with double- or multi-layer clamping plates on the synchronous support conveyor, according to specific customer requirements, thereby further enhancing the reliability of producing ductile iron castings. The launch of this product fills a gap in China’s market for large-scale, vertically parted, automated production lines.
