    Baozhu is actively preparing for the May trade show.
    In preparation for the “2014 12th China International Foundry Expo,” to be held in Beijing in mid-May this year, Hou Ruoxian, General Manager of Baoding Weier Casting Machinery Co., Ltd., convened a meeting on the afternoon of April 1st, bringing together representatives from various relevant departments within the company to review each of the 22 candidate products intended for exhibition.
     
    This year, the products selected for the Baozhu Exhibition are:
    1. New high-efficiency hydrostatic molding line main unit;
    2. Dual-station core-setting machine;
    3. XZZ4110 Host Machine (the largest vertical parting molding line host machine in China; sand mold dimensions: 1000×800×300～600);
    4. XZZ416C Host Machine (the domestic host machine with the highest production rate for vertical parting molding lines, with a production rate of 550 molds/hour);
    5. Semi-automatic casting machine for self-hardening sand with a ladle capacity of 3 tons;
    6. Horizontal mold-releasing automatic pouring machine with a ladle capacity of 1 ton;
    7. Static-pressure line quasi-automatic casting machine with a pouring ladle capacity of 2 tons;
    8. Vertical-line casting machine with a ladle capacity of 0.8–1.3 tons;
    9. 500kg picking robot arm;
    10.1000 kg long-arm picking robot arm;
    11. Self-hardening sand large-scale mobile lifting-type sand mixer;
    12. Self-hardening sand large turning machine;
    13. Self-hardening sand large box-closing machine;
    14. Self-hardening sand large-flow coating machine;
    15. Large-scale clay-sand mixing machine;
    16. Large double-disc cooler for clay sand;
    17. Vibrating drum-type resonant sand dropping machine;
    18. Bed-type continuous shot blasting machine;
    19. Polishing robot;
    20. Clay-sand mold sand online inspection instrument (SCB instrument);
    21. Automatic temperature-measuring and water-control system for used clay-sand molds;
    22. Several typical castings exported to Germany;
     
    Mr. Hou emphasized: This year, our company has set up two booths at the Beijing Expo—the Equipment Booth and the Castings Booth. The Equipment Booth features over ten pieces of equipment, while the Castings Booth showcases several typical export castings. All selected products have been fully prepared; however, due to space constraints at the booth, those that cannot be exhibited are kept at our company premises, and we’ve invited customers to visit our facility. In addition to the exhibits, more than twenty production lines currently under active manufacturing—and many other products—are being produced with even higher standards and stricter requirements, ensuring they meet the rigorous inspection criteria set by our customers.

    Since last year, Kazakhstan’s FORMAT Company has placed orders with our company for six production lines in succession, with a total contract value exceeding 100 million yuan. The first order included a static-pressure line and its accompanying sand-processing line, both of which have now been completed. Recently, the user’s expert team successfully completed the factory acceptance testing and is about to ship the equipment.
