    Our company’s relocation, renovation, and upgrade project—designated as a key construction project in Hebei Province—recently passed the acceptance inspection conducted by an expert panel. The total investment for the project is 1 billion yuan, and it covers an area of 350 mu. The company’s headquarters, R&D center, and marketing department are located at No. 1558 West Third Ring Road in Baoding City, while the new factory is situated in the Shunping Industrial Zone, approximately 10 kilometers from the headquarters. Company Headquarters New Factory Site After relocating to the new site, the company has undergone more than two years of process reengineering and transformation, significantly enhancing its technological level and production capacity! The company has equipped itself with three state-of-the-art coating lines and eight ventilation and dust removal systems, earning it the B-level environmental performance rating in Hebei Province. The company operates two machine sub-factories, each equipped with two large floor-type boring and milling machines, two large five-sided horizontal machining centers, 11 gantry machining centers and boring-milling centers over four meters in length, 46 medium- and small-sized CNC lathes and machining centers, 38 conventional machining devices, and 16 specialized processing equipment—including one horizontal lathe capable of machining parts up to 5 meters in diameter.     Our company’s senior technician, Li Yanmin, has been selected for the “100 Craftsmen of the Machinery Industry” list compiled by the China National Machinery Industry Federation. Senior Technician Li Yanmin is an assembly fitter at the company’s Fifth Factory. Over the past 20-plus years since he started working, he has been recognized as the company’s technical pacesetter for many consecutive years and was named an “Outstanding Northern Production Party Member” in Baoding City in 2018. He is the only senior technician among the company’s 1,156 employees who has been appointed to this position. He is unanimously acknowledged by his colleagues as a top-notch technical expert. Everyone—whether coworkers or clients—who has ever worked with him has been deeply impressed by his superb skills. He is eager to learn, always thinks creatively, dedicates himself wholeheartedly to mastering his craft, and constantly refines his skills through repeated practice. He approaches his work meticulously and strives for perfection, possessing exceptionally solid basic skills. As the company undergoes transformation and upgrading, its products continue to advance, and new processes and cutting-edge scientific technologies are adopted, Li Yanmin has personally funded the purchase of numerous specialized books and devoted his spare time to studying, taking copious notes that have laid a strong theoretical foundation. At the same time, he actively exchanges ideas with engineers and experts from various fields in his daily work, skillfully mastering a wealth of up-to-date knowledge about machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and information technology, and applying them effectively to product development. This has greatly enhanced the precision and efficiency of installation and commissioning. The production lines installed and commissioned by Comrade Li Yanmin have achieved an operational rate of 97%, setting a new record for the company’s product upgrades. Li Yanmin not only assembles products within the company but also leads teams to users’ sites for installation and commissioning. Thanks to his high technical expertise, rigorous work ethic, hardworking nature, and keenness to explore and innovate, the teams he leads achieve extremely high efficiency in equipment installation and commissioning. In 2017 alone, he and his team assembled, installed, and commissioned 19 production lines for the company, generating more than 23 million yuan in value for the company. As the company’s sole senior technician, Comrade Li Yanmin has never been complacent; instead, he remains humble and continuously strives to learn and innovate. Last year alone, the suggestions he made and were adopted by the company’s research institute totaled 19, making outstanding contributions to product advancement. Comrade Li Yanmin also places great emphasis on mentoring and passing on his experience to younger colleagues.     Our company’s remote intelligent control center for products has been put into operation.

    After six months of trial operation, our company’s remote intelligent control center for products has officially been put into use. This center is the result of the deep integration of automation equipment and information technology—a quintessential achievement of “Internet Plus” advanced manufacturing. Through the cloud platform’s P2P communication feature, we can adjust and monitor equipment; via VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology, we can keep track of equipment operating status at any time and make timely adjustments to operational parameters. Utilizing the Cloud Database relational database cloud service function, we collect data on equipment operating conditions as well as the lifespan of key components in various critical stages. By gathering various types of information and data transmitted back from the equipment through the cloud platform, we provide a solid basis for improving product reliability. The trial operation has clearly demonstrated the significant benefits this center brings: 1. It guides customers to use equipment correctly, greatly enhancing equipment utilization rates. 2. A considerable number of service issues can be resolved remotely and intelligently, eliminating the need for on-site visits. 3. Early-stage equipment failures can be promptly detected and addressed, preventing equipment from running with existing faults and avoiding severe consequences such as downtime and production stoppages. 4. Based on the operating status of equipment and its key components, the system automatically generates spare parts demand information, reminding users to prepare and replace parts in advance, thus avoiding production disruptions caused by insufficient spare parts. 5. The large volume of real-time data feedback from equipment provides reliable evidence for making targeted improvements to our products.     Our company’s new factory construction is being expedited, and leaders at all levels have successively visited the site to provide guidance.

    Starting from the beginning of the year, our company’s new factory construction has broken ground. To date, the main structure is already more than halfway completed. We anticipate starting equipment installation by the end of this year, commencing trial production early next year, and completing the relocation by the end of next year. As a key construction project in Hebei Province and a demonstration enterprise for intelligent manufacturing in China’s casting machinery industry, our company’s relocation, renovation, and upgrade project has received strong support from leaders at all levels—ministerial, provincial, and municipal—from the very outset.
