    Our company’s remote intelligent control center for products has been put into operation.

    After six months of trial operation, our company’s remote intelligent control center for products has officially been put into use. This center is the result of the deep integration of automation equipment and information technology—a quintessential achievement of “Internet Plus” advanced manufacturing. Through the cloud platform’s P2P communication feature, we can adjust and monitor equipment; via VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology, we can keep track of equipment operating status at any time and make timely adjustments to operational parameters. Utilizing the Cloud Database relational database cloud service function, we collect data on equipment operating conditions as well as the lifespan of key components in various critical stages. By gathering various types of information and data transmitted back from the equipment through the cloud platform, we provide a solid basis for improving product reliability. The trial operation has clearly demonstrated the significant benefits this center brings: 1. It guides customers to use equipment correctly, greatly enhancing equipment utilization rates. 2. A considerable number of service issues can be resolved remotely and intelligently, eliminating the need for on-site visits. 3. Early-stage equipment failures can be promptly detected and addressed, preventing equipment from running with existing faults and avoiding severe consequences such as downtime and production stoppages. 4. Based on the operating status of equipment and its key components, the system automatically generates spare parts demand information, reminding users to prepare and replace parts in advance, thus avoiding production disruptions caused by insufficient spare parts. 5. The large volume of real-time data feedback from equipment provides reliable evidence for making targeted improvements to our products.     Our company’s new factory construction is being expedited, and leaders at all levels have successively visited the site to provide guidance.

    Starting from the beginning of the year, our company’s new factory construction has broken ground. To date, the main structure is already more than halfway completed. We anticipate starting equipment installation by the end of this year, commencing trial production early next year, and completing the relocation by the end of next year. As a key construction project in Hebei Province and a demonstration enterprise for intelligent manufacturing in China’s casting machinery industry, our company’s relocation, renovation, and upgrade project has received strong support from leaders at all levels—ministerial, provincial, and municipal—from the very outset. Leaders from various departments at different levels—including Secretary Nie of the Baoding Municipal Party Committee, Director Ma of the Municipal People’s Congress, Mayor Guo of the Municipal Government, Executive Vice Mayor Li, Secretary Li of the Shunping County Party Committee, County Magistrate Deng, and County Magistrate Li—have successively visited our company and the new factory site to provide guidance and oversight.     Welcome to the delegations from Malaysia and Taiwan.

    On May 19, 2018, a Malaysian delegation of 35 members and a Taiwanese delegation of 11 members arrived at our company one after another for a visit. The members of the delegations were all senior executives from well-known casting enterprises in their respective countries—some were our long-time customers, while others were newly acquainted friends.     Our company’s new factory construction has fully commenced.

    Last week, construction of our company’s new plant fully commenced! The new plant is located in the Shunping County Development Zone, 6 kilometers from Baoding City. It covers an area of 400 mu and has a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. The project will be developed in two phases: Phase I covers 250 mu with an investment of 1 billion yuan. It is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2018 and the relocation will be finished in 2019. Phase II covers 150 mu with an investment of 500 million yuan and is planned to be completed by 2020. The new Design Institute and Product Trial Production Center are situated near the West Third Ring Road in Baoding City, covering an area of 20 mu. The building has been completed and is currently undergoing interior decoration; it is scheduled to be put into operation within this year. As a key enterprise included in the provincial and municipal “relocation and transformation, exiting old sites for entry into parks” initiatives and designated as a “key construction project” in Hebei Province, we also shoulder the important responsibility of driving the “transformation and upgrading” of equipment manufacturing and building a demonstration enterprise for intelligent manufacturing in China’s casting machinery industry.
