    The company held a mobilization conference on “Focusing on Safety to Promote Development.”

    As soon as the Spring Festival ended, on February 13—the fourth day of the first lunar month—our company’s various branch factories resumed work. This year’s tasks are characterized by two key features: First, a large number of overseas projects; second, a high level of intelligentization. In particular, the large-scale molding line for the second workshop of the Thai factory, contracted to Taiwan Yongguan New Energy Group, is a fully intelligent project. From production scheduling and mold & tooling management to work-in-process control and all other production stages, every aspect has been fully智能化. This project serves as a striking example of the times and sets a powerful benchmark. To ensure that we deliver a satisfactory performance to the market, our company held a company-wide meeting on the afternoon of February 17—the eighth day of the first lunar month—under the theme of “High-Level Safety, High-Quality Development,” launching a comprehensive mobilization effort. All employees were greatly inspired and expressed their determination to achieve even greater success and make new contributions this year!

    Our company’s market orders have grown against the trend this year.

    Building on the 21% increase in orders in 2022 compared to 2021, our company has once again seen a substantial rise in total market orders this year. We anticipate that by year-end, our order volume will have grown by more than 25% over 2022 levels. Among these orders, three exceeded 100 million yuan: Longma Holding Group, Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Group, and Taiwan Yongguan Energy Technology Group. In particular, the Thai casting plant project undertaken by Taiwan Yongguan Group features the industry’s most advanced, fully intelligent production line—a model that sets a clear benchmark for the times and demonstrates remarkable exemplary value. The newly awarded casting mold production line for BYD Auto Group represents the second-phase expansion project following the successful completion and delivery of the first phase last year; its impact and significance are unprecedented! The high-level demands from our customers have prompted us to place even greater emphasis on building our company’s comprehensive capabilities. We’re stepping up our collaboration with universities and research institutions, accelerating the pace of new product development, and strengthening the standardization and upgrading of our core management practices—including foundational management, production quality management, and after-sales service management—so that we can deliver results that truly satisfy both the market and our users!

    Persist in investing in technological upgrades, increase production capacity, and meet market demands.

    Due to a significant increase in orders over the past two years, production capacity at our various branch factories has generally become tight. To meet the ever-expanding market demand, we must rely on increased investment in technological upgrades, precise production scheduling, and continuous improvement in quality and efficiency across all operational links. This year, the company has invested over 11 million yuan to add a batch of new production equipment, including gantry machining centers, large-format laser cutting machines, robotic welding arms, large-scale annealing furnaces, and electrical discharge machining (EDM) machines. As a result, the casting branch factory has seen a 30% increase in output of castings supplied to Germany’s SEW, the riveting and welding branch factory has boosted its output by 35%, and the frame and final assembly branch factory has achieved a 39% increase in output—thus effectively meeting market demand.

    Our company’s intelligent development continues to reach new heights.

    Since becoming the first in the industry to develop a Post-Market Intelligent Control System (PMIS) in 2018, our company has consistently invested substantial resources in intelligent transformation over the past several years. In 2020, we completed the construction of the Part Intelligent Transfer System (PITS) and upgraded our Office Automation (OA) system. In 2021, we launched the Factory Intelligent Video Surveillance System (IVSS) and upgraded the Safety Protection and Early Warning System (SPWS). In 2022, we developed the Product Full Lifecycle Intelligent Management System (PIMS) and upgraded the Multimedia Intelligent Communication System (MICS). Starting in 2023, we began fully implementing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system—a comprehensive intelligent management and control platform for all company resources. As our intelligent transformation continues to advance, we have significantly enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control, new product development, and customer service, thereby driving the ongoing enhancement of our brand!

    Our company has moved to a new location.

    After more than two years of construction and six months of relocation, our company has now fully moved into its new headquarters. The new R&D center is located at No. 1558 West Third Ring Road in Baoding City, covering an area of 15,000 square meters with a building area of 8,000 square meters. The new factory is situated in the Shunping Industrial Zone, 10 kilometers from the R&D center. It covers an area of 300,000 square meters with a building area of 120,000 square meters.     Our company’s senior technician, Li Yanmin, has been selected for “The 100 Craftsmen of the Machinery Industry.”

    Our company’s senior technician, Li Yanmin, has been selected for the “100 Craftsmen of the Machinery Industry” list compiled by the China National Machinery Industry Federation. Senior Technician Li Yanmin is an assembly fitter at the company’s Fifth Factory. Over the past 20-plus years since he started working, he has been recognized as the company’s technical pacesetter for many consecutive years and was named an “Outstanding Northern Production Party Member” in Baoding City in 2018. He is the only senior technician among the company’s 1,156 employees who has been appointed to this position. He is unanimously acknowledged by his colleagues as a top-notch technical expert. Everyone—whether coworkers or clients—who has ever worked with him has been deeply impressed by his superb skills. He is eager to learn, always thinks creatively, dedicates himself wholeheartedly to mastering his craft, and constantly refines his skills through repeated practice. He approaches his work meticulously and strives for perfection, possessing exceptionally solid basic skills. As the company undergoes transformation and upgrading, its products continue to advance, and new processes and cutting-edge scientific technologies are adopted, Li Yanmin has personally funded the purchase of numerous specialized books and devoted his spare time to studying, taking copious notes that have laid a strong theoretical foundation. At the same time, he actively exchanges ideas with engineers and experts from various fields in his daily work, skillfully mastering a wealth of up-to-date knowledge about machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and information technology, and applying them effectively to product development. This has greatly enhanced the precision and efficiency of installation and commissioning. The production lines installed and commissioned by Comrade Li Yanmin have achieved an operational rate of 97%, setting a new record for the company’s product upgrades. Li Yanmin not only assembles products within the company but also leads teams to users’ sites for installation and commissioning. Thanks to his high technical expertise, rigorous work ethic, hardworking nature, and keenness to explore and innovate, the teams he leads achieve extremely high efficiency in equipment installation and commissioning. In 2017 alone, he and his team assembled, installed, and commissioned 19 production lines for the company, generating more than 23 million yuan in value for the company. As the company’s sole senior technician, Comrade Li Yanmin has never been complacent; instead, he remains humble and continuously strives to learn and innovate. Last year alone, the suggestions he made and were adopted by the company’s research institute totaled 19, making outstanding contributions to product advancement. Comrade Li Yanmin also places great emphasis on mentoring and passing on his experience to younger colleagues. He often says, “An individual’s strength is limited; only a strong team can accomplish great things.” The static-pressure line assembly team he leads, consisting of over twenty members, consistently holds two centralized technical study sessions and problem-discussion meetings each week. Even newly hired employees show rapid progress under his guidance. Every member of the team is capable of working independently, and eight of them have even been promoted to the rank of company worker-technicians, becoming key technical personnel. Inspired by Li Yanmin’s exemplary behavior, more than 200 employees at the Fifth Factory have embraced technical learning, making it a model for the entire company and earning the factory recognition as an advanced unit for many consecutive years.
