    On March 8, 2013, Baoding WeLL Foundry Machinery Co., Ltd. held an acceptance meeting for its 2012 technological upgrade projects. The 19 projects were reviewed and accepted individually, with an excellent rate reaching 95%.
    In 2012, Baoding Weier Casting Machinery Co., Ltd. invested a total of 26 million yuan to renovate and rebuild four integrated, standardized, three-dimensional warehouses. The company also introduced 18 new pieces of equipment, including an 8-meter gantry boring and milling machine, a 5-meter gantry machining center, a CNC cleaning machine made in Germany, and a CNC pipe-bending machine made in Italy, significantly enhancing its manufacturing capabilities.
    General Hou emphasized: Currently, 100% of our critical components have already been produced using CNC technology. For general components, the CNC adoption rate has reached 60%. This year’s technological upgrade plan totals 30 million yuan, and all departments must expedite its implementation. Once this plan is completed, our company will essentially achieve CNC-based production for all manufactured parts. As a result, our enterprise’s overall strength will leap to a new level!

The first order included a static-pressure line and its accompanying sand-processing line, both of which have now been completed.
