    Product Introduction:

    1. Self-hardening sand molding production line

     

     

     

    The self-hardening sand molding line mainly consists of several sections, including molding, surface-drying by flow coating, core assembly and box closing, and pouring and cooling. The equipment included in the line comprises a self-hardening sand mixer, a ramming table, a core-turning and demolding machine, a flow-coating machine, a surface-drying furnace, a box-closing machine, a roller conveyor, a transfer cart, as well as electrical control and dust removal systems.

     

    The entire line features full automation, intelligent operation, reliable performance, and a clean environment. It is suitable for the mass production of small and medium-sized castings using various self-hardening sands, including furan resin sand, alkali phenolic resin sand, esterified water glass sand, and VRH sand.

     

    2. Vertical-parting boxless die-casting automatic line

     

     

     

     

     

    Main features of the styling line: Vertical parting, boxless design, sand-blowing pre-compaction plus hydraulic compaction molding—fully automatic, continuous, and high-speed—with both front and back-side compaction capabilities and automatic cavity adjustment.
     
    The human-machine dialogue interface allows users to adjust and set various technical parameters of the machine on the LCD touch screen within the defined scope of use.
     
    It employs imported PLCs, LCD displays, position sensors, pressure sensors, and other components to achieve automatic stable operation, dynamic input/output animation monitoring, fault diagnosis and alarm functions, and supports remote control.
     
    The entire line boasts significant advantages in terms of automatic control, mechatronics level, operational reliability, component wear resistance, integrated functions such as mechanical core-setting and synchronous conveying, standardization, and maintainability.

     

    3. Static-pressure molding automatic production line

     

     

     

     

     

    Main features of the styling line
    Using the blow-air pre-compaction plus multi-contact high-pressure compaction molding technology, the sand mold achieves high hardness and uniform compactness, resulting in high mold assembly accuracy, high casting precision, and a high yield rate.
     
    Hydraulic multi-contact compaction with proportional pressure-reducing valve for pressure adjustment; the compaction specific pressure is adjustable by zone, reaching up to 1.5 MPa.
     
    The entire system employs a combination of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles. Key components are sourced from internationally recognized brands to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
     
    This is currently the most advanced molding line, featuring fully automated, highly efficient, and energy-saving operation with exceptional casting precision. It has been widely adopted for mass production of high-end castings made from gray iron, ductile iron, and cast steel.

     

    4. Clay-sand sand treatment system

     

     

     

     

     

    Clay-sand sand processing equipment includes vertical parting molding lines, static-pressure molding lines, and horizontal parting box-dropping molding lines.
     
    The entire line includes sand dropping, secondary magnetic separation, screening and cooling, temperature-controlled water management, used sand storage, sand mixing, online automatic detection of molding sand, sand conveying, new sand and additive conveying, dust removal, and an electrical control system.
     
    The processing capacities are available in specifications such as 30 t/h, 40 t/h, 60 t/h, 80 t/h, 100 t/h, 120 t/h, and 200 t/h.

     

    5. Dedicated casting main unit for shaping lines

     

     

     

     

    The Foundry Expo, founded in 1987, is China’s only casting industry trade show organized by a national-level industry association. It has received enthusiastic responses and strong support from major casting enterprises as well as upstream and downstream industries. With its unique authority, representativeness, foresight, and guiding role, it is hailed as a leading indicator of the development of China’s casting industry.

    This year’s exhibition covers an area of nearly 100,000 square meters and features over 100 exciting industry events.     The Kazakhstan project has begun shipping.

    Since last year, Kazakhstan’s FORMAT Company has placed orders with our company for six production lines in succession, with a total contract value exceeding 100 million yuan. The first order included a static-pressure line and its accompanying sand-processing line, both of which have now been completed. Recently, the user’s expert team successfully completed the factory acceptance testing and is about to ship the equipment.

    From May 20 to 23, at the Tianjin International Exhibition Center, our company had a fruitful experience at the 23rd China International Foundry Expo: we signed purchase contracts for four vertical production lines and welcomed nearly 10,000 visitors.

    On the morning of February 28, 2025, a XZZ417AD shaping line belonging to our client, Suqian Chuba Sports Equipment Co., Ltd., experienced an abnormal operation during production. After diagnosis by our intelligent aftermarket system, it was determined that an imported proportional valve had malfunctioned and needed to be sent back to the factory for repair. To avoid disrupting the customer’s production, our company immediately dispatched a vehicle carrying a new valve to the customer’s site. The valve arrived at 10 p.m. that same evening, and after replacement, the XZZ417AD line resumed normal production without any further issues. The customer’s representative called our sales manager and said, “You truly understand what our customers need! We’re so grateful!”

    Ensure high-quality development with a high level of security.

    On the afternoon of February 6, the company held a general staff meeting. The theme of the meeting was: Ensuring high-level safety to support high-quality development.
