    On the afternoon of January 29, the company held a general meeting for all employees, with the main agenda focusing on safety education and development mobilization. Comrade Zhang Haijun, Deputy General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, presided over the meeting. Comrade Jin Jianhua, General Manager of the company, announced the list of advanced units, advanced Party branches, and nine model individuals. Comrade Xiao Zhongshu, Chairman of the Board and Secretary of the Party Committee, delivered a report on safety education and development mobilization. This year, the company has seen an unprecedented surge in new orders—by the end of January, the total value of various project contracts reached 560 million yuan. Adding the new orders expected to be secured this year, the total is projected to exceed 600 million yuan. Therefore, in 2023, the company must strive to achieve an output value of 1 billion yuan in order to meet market demand. Right now, the entire company—from top management down to every level—is vigorously launching initiatives and formulating measures at each level, making every effort to win the tough battle of "improving quality, boosting efficiency, reducing costs, and lowering consumption!"

    On the morning of February 28, 2025, a XZZ417AD shaping line belonging to our client, Suqian Chuba Sports Equipment Co., Ltd., experienced an abnormal operation during production. After diagnosis by our intelligent aftermarket system, it was determined that an imported proportional valve had malfunctioned and needed to be sent back to the factory for repair. To avoid disrupting the customer’s production, our company immediately dispatched a vehicle carrying a new valve to the customer’s site. The valve arrived at 10 p.m. that same evening, and after replacement, the XZZ417AD line resumed normal production without any further issues. The customer’s representative called our sales manager and said, “You truly understand what our customers need! We’re so grateful!”
