    At 4 p.m. on April 18, 2024, the automatic pouring machine on the hydrostatic automatic molding line—ordered by Ruifeng Power Group’s Foundry Workshop No. 2 in 2012—from our company suddenly stopped working. Upon investigation, it was found that an electrical control module imported from a German company had failed. Upon receiving the call, the manager in charge of after-sales service immediately began searching for and verifying the necessary spare parts. Due to the urgency of the task and in order to get the production line back up and running as soon as possible, Ruifeng Power proposed sending personnel and a vehicle to pick up the part. To save time, our company immediately decided to dispatch a vehicle to deliver the part right away. At the same time, the chief engineer and the project manager accompanied the vehicle to provide on-site guidance and ensure proper installation and adjustment, thus preventing any potential errors. By 7:30 p.m., the malfunction of the pouring machine had been resolved, and the hydrostatic molding line resumed production. Mr. Zhang, a director at Ruifeng Power Group, sent a WeChat message to our company’s chairman expressing his gratitude.     On the morning of February 28, 2025, a XZZ417AD shaping line belonging to our client, Suqian Chuba Sports Equipment Co., Ltd., experienced an abnormal operation during production. After diagnosis by our intelligent aftermarket system, it was determined that an imported proportional valve had malfunctioned and needed to be sent back to the factory for repair. To avoid disrupting the customer’s production, our company immediately dispatched a vehicle carrying a new valve to the customer’s site. The valve arrived at 10 p.m. that same evening, and after replacement, the XZZ417AD line resumed normal production without any further issues. The customer’s representative called our sales manager and said, “You truly understand what our customers need! We’re so grateful!”

    On the afternoon of February 6, the company held a general staff meeting. The theme of the meeting was: Ensuring high-level safety to support high-quality development.
