    Zhu’er Casting Machine: Showcases Top-Grade Vertical Automated Production Line at the Exhibition

    Following the impressive results achieved at the 2013 exhibition, Baoding WeLL Foundry Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “WeLL Foundry Machinery”) is making a grand appearance this year, showcasing the company’s core products at this year’s expo. Xiao Zhongshu, Chairman of the company, said: “At the last expo, we welcomed the largest-ever visitor turnout in the history of the fair. On-site contracts signed at the expo exceeded 30 million yuan, and letters of intent reached 280 million yuan, marking a bountiful harvest for us. This year, we’ve rented two booths—the E4 hall will primarily display 11 pieces of equipment, while the booth in the E1 hall will showcase exported castings. Together, these two booths cover an area of 500 square meters, making us the largest among domestic exhibitors.”
     
    According to the introduction, among the 11 pieces of equipment exhibited by Weier Casting Machinery this time, six are at the leading level in China. Among them, the two vertical production lines on display include one machine that boasts the highest production efficiency currently available in China, reaching 550 units per hour, and another with the largest sand mold dimensions—1000×800×350–700. Additionally, the fully automatic pouring machine and the heavy-duty part-handling robotic arm both represent the highest standards in China. “Our company’s casting machinery primarily focuses on molding and sand handling,” said Xiao Zhongshu. “In particular, our molding equipment ranks among the top in China—in terms of both order volume and service life, it’s truly the best.”
     
    Currently, the domestic casting machinery market is seeing a shrinking demand for low- and mid-range equipment, while demand for high-end products is on the rise. Consequently, in recent years, Weier Casting Machinery has been undergoing a transformation and upgrade aimed at the high-end market, continuously enhancing both the sophistication and reliability of its products. Centered around this strategic focus, numerous new products have been successively launched onto the market. The main unit of its vertically oriented molding lines has achieved a production efficiency of up to 550 units per hour, placing it among the world’s leading levels. Moreover, its fully automatic pouring machines and eight-joint robotic pick-and-place arms are also world-class.
     
    “Our vertical automated production lines achieved sales of 107 units for the entire last year, ranking first in the world. According to the data we have, global sales of vertical automated production lines totaled around 160 units last year, and we accounted for a significant portion of that figure. Precisely because we’ve been making continuous, substantial strides in product technology, our production workload remains fully booked every year, and we’ve maintained a sales growth rate of over 40% for three consecutive years,” said Xiao Zhongshu proudly.
     
    Speaking about the future development of enterprises, Xiao Zhongshu pointed out that the most important task for domestic casting machinery brands is to enhance their brand image. This can be achieved by continuously elevating their product quality and positioning themselves as high-end brands offering top-tier casting equipment in China. The continuous transformation and upgrading of Weier Casting Machinery in recent years not only reflect the demands of the times but also cater to the growing needs of an increasing number of customers. If enterprises hope to grow and thrive and continue to secure a solid foothold in the casting industry, they must raise the caliber of their equipment products and improve their service quality. Only by avoiding shoddy workmanship can they avoid being weeded out by the market.
