    Six new products from Baozhu have passed industry certification.

     

    On December 23, 2013, Baoding WeLL Foundry Machinery Co., Ltd. invited more than ten renowned industry experts and user representatives to evaluate and accept six new products that were about to be shipped to customer sites.
     
    1. Fully automatic casting machine for horizontal parting automatic molding lines, with a ladle capacity of 1 ton and a production rate of 150 castings per hour. It features four-axis linkage and enables fully automatic pouring with in-mold inoculation.
     
     
    2. Large automatic mold-drawing machine for large-scale self-hardening sand automatic molding lines, with a maximum load of 100 tons and a maximum production rate of 10 molds per hour.
     
     
    3. Large-scale automatic flipper machine for large-scale self-hardening sand automatic molding lines, suitable for sand box flipping and cavity flow coating. Maximum load: 50 tons; maximum production rate: 10 molds per hour.
     
     
    4. Automatic core-setting machine, suitable for various horizontal-parting automatic molding production lines. Maximum core weight: 1 ton; maximum productivity: 180 molds per hour.
     
     
    5. Automatic flow-coating machine for self-hardening sand molding lines, with a tilting angle of 360° and the ability to stop at any position. Maximum load capacity: 50 tons; maximum production rate: 15 molds per hour.
     
     
    6. Dual-mass vibration conveyor. Features: ⑴ Energy-efficient: Installed power 2 × 2.2 kW; ⑵ Highly efficient: Maximum conveying capacity 100 tons/hour; ⑶ Low noise: Operating noise below 75 decibels.
     
     
    The participating experts and user representatives unanimously agreed that the performance indicators and manufacturing standards of these six products have all reached first-class industry standards.
