    Baozhu Wins Bid for Shandong Qianeng Project
      
    Shandong Qianeng Company’s self-hardening sand project is, to date, the domestic project with the highest requirements, the most comprehensive equipment configuration, and the largest scale for an automated self-hardening sand molding line. The project includes two production lines—one for cast iron and one for cast steel—with a total investment of 56.3 million yuan. The cast iron line uses the furan resin sand process, while the cast steel line employs the alkali-phenolic resin sand process. Each line features sand-handling capacity of 20 tons per hour and a fully automated molding line. Several key pieces of equipment in these lines—such as the large-scale pouring machine, robotic part-handling arms, sand-reclaiming crushers, and vibratory core-pulling machines—are all groundbreaking products that fill gaps in the domestic market.
     
    Baoding WeLL Foundry Machinery Co., Ltd. has won the QianNeng project bid, which not only demonstrates the user's recognition of Baoding WeLL's strength and brand, but also proves that Baoding WeLL is making significant progress in its corporate transformation and upgrading!
     
    The vertical casting line, already holding an overwhelming advantage in the domestic market and having been exported to numerous countries, entered the U.S. mainland market last year. The static-pressure casting line has also significantly outperformed its domestic competitors and has already been exported to three markets. As the dry-process sand casting project is implemented and delivered, the self-hardening sand casting line will further highlight Baozhu’s strengths in this product segment, solidifying its reputation and brand as the domestic leader!
     
    Therefore, the Qianeng Project will mark a milestone in the development history of domestically produced self-hardening sand automatic molding lines!
