    Baoding Weier Casting Machine’s vertical-line production reached a new high in May.

     

    Baoding WeLL Foundry Machinery Co., Ltd. produced 11 vertical-parting, boxless sand-blowing automatic molding lines in May, setting a new company record for monthly output of this production line.
    The vertical-parting boxless sand-blowing automatic molding line is one of the six flagship products of Baoding Weier Casting Machinery Co., Ltd. (including vertical-line, static-pressure line, self-hardening sand line, sand-processing line, cleaning equipment, and high-end castings). It holds a domestic market share exceeding 85%, and from January to May 2013, the company had already received orders for 53 such lines.
    To meet market demand, Baoding Weier Casting Machinery Co., Ltd. has increased its equipment, added shifts, and improved both quality and speed, resulting in monthly increases in output and ensuring that this year’s output of vertical lines will exceed 110 units.
