    Secretary Zhou from the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and other officials came to the company for a research visit.
    On May 17 this year, Secretary Zhou and a delegation of three from the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission visited Baoding WeLL Foundry Machinery Co., Ltd. (Bao Zhu) for a research visit. Early in the morning, Secretary Zhou and the others arrived at the company, went down to the workshops, toured the office departments, inspected the production conditions, and talked with the employees.

    Before leaving, Secretary Zhou and his delegation held a symposium with the company’s leadership. Xiao Zhongshu, Chairman of the Board and Party Secretary of the company, provided an overview of the enterprise’s current production and operational status, its restructuring efforts, plans for product upgrades, strategies for market development, and overall corporate development strategy. He also reported on existing challenges and proposed corresponding countermeasures. Secretary Zhou and his delegation fully praised the thriving production situation and positive development momentum of Baoding Weier Casting Machinery Co., Ltd. At the same time, they emphasized: “The successful completion of the enterprise’s restructuring does not mean that all problems have been solved. It is crucial to continue doing a good job of ideological work among the few employees who still don’t fully understand the restructuring process, strengthen positive public opinion guidance, and rally as many employees as possible. Only then can Weier Casting look forward to an even brighter future.”

    On May 18, the Party Committee of Baozhu held a special meeting of the political work system to earnestly implement Secretary Zhou’s instructions. Three measures were set forth: First, maximize publicity among the masses, leaving no blind spots; second, for employees with unclear understanding, neither exclude nor give up on them—instead, carry out one-on-one ideological transformation work; third, unite and mobilize the enthusiasm of every employee by sharing the common vision of building and developing the enterprise, striving to continuously elevate production and operations to new heights, and working hard to create an even brighter and more glorious future for Baoding Casting Machinery!
