    Bao Zhu’s hydrostatic wire drawing machine has been operating stably for two years and has received high praise from users.
    Baoding WeLL Foundry Machinery Co., Ltd. delivered three static-pressure automatic production lines to users in 2008 (two lines to Chaoyang Feima Group and one line to Shandong Zibo Benito Company). All three lines operate on a three-shift basis and have been running smoothly and stably for two consecutive years, with all technical indicators meeting the design requirements. These lines boast high productivity, outstanding stability and reliability, and low failure rates, earning unanimous praise from users. Benito Company’s second static-pressure line has already signed a supply contract with Baoding WeLL, and the equipment is currently under manufacturing. It will be ready for production and use before the end of this year. The third static-pressure line for Chaoyang Feima Group is also being scheduled for production and manufacturing.

    The main features of this automatic molding line are: it employs air-blowing pre-compaction combined with multi-contact high-pressure compaction, ensuring uniform mold cavity density and a high yield rate for finished castings. The line utilizes hydraulic multi-contact compaction and pressure regulation via proportional relief valves. The control system includes an engineer workstation, a primary operator station, and multiple peripheral stations equipped with human-machine interfaces. It incorporates advanced technologies such as industrial PCs, CNC systems, PLC fieldbus, servo technology, proportional valves, variable-frequency speed control, automatic detection, and computer monitoring. The entire line’s operations are based on a combination of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drives. Key components are sourced from imported suppliers to ensure smooth and reliable operation of the production line.

    By absorbing advanced foreign technologies, Baoding Weier Casting Machinery Co., Ltd. has developed this molding line, which boasts the advantages of being fully automated, highly productive, delivering high casting precision, occupying a small footprint, and featuring low energy consumption—making it currently the most advanced molding production line available.

    In recent years, as Baozhu’s static-pressure automatic molding lines have continued to mature and improve, an increasing number of customers have shown growing interest in and recognition of these lines, and the company’s market share has been steadily rising year by year.
