    The largest domestic resin sand production line undertaken by Bao Zhu is about to be shipped.
    The largest resin sand production line ever built in China, commissioned by Binzhou Longma Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. and manufactured by Baoding WeLL Foundry Machinery Co., Ltd., has completed its overall assembly at the factory and is being shipped to customer sites for installation and commissioning.

    This production line is the first-phase project of Longma Company’s newly built casting plant. It is planned to produce large-scale wind-power castings at an annual output of approximately 150,000 tons. With its large scale, high starting point, and stringent quality requirements, this project aims to establish a first-class, modern casting enterprise in China.

    The production line boasts the highest domestic standards and the most advanced technical specifications, featuring six sand-processing units each with a capacity of 25 T/H, 12 sand-mixing machines capable of handling between 25 and 100 T/H, 12 large-scale shakeout machines, and 24 large-format vibration compactors. It is currently the largest resin-sand production line in China. Carefully designed and meticulously organized by Baoding Casting Machinery Co., Ltd., this line adheres to high standards, features top-of-the-line equipment, and maintains rigorous control over every stage of the manufacturing process. It has now been fully manufactured and successfully passed the pre-delivery trial run and acceptance inspection on the first attempt, earning high satisfaction and positive feedback from our customers.

    The successful manufacture of this, the largest resin-sand production line in China, further solidifies Baoding Casting Machinery Company’s leading position in the market for self-hardening sand casting production lines.
