    Baozhu’s orders for vertical-parting automatic molding production lines hit a new historical high.
     
    The ZZ41 series vertical-parting boxless die-casting and molding line has long been one of the flagship products of Baoding Weier Casting Machinery Co., Ltd. This production line boasts high productivity, excellent casting dimensional accuracy, low noise levels, reduced labor intensity, simple line assembly, fewer auxiliary machines, compact footprint, low process and construction investment, and energy savings. It is currently the most advanced and highly efficient mold-sand molding production line available.

    This year, thanks to its rigorous focus on product quality and continuous improvement of supporting components, Baoding WeLL Foundry Machinery Co., Ltd. has seen its vertical-parting boxless die-casting automatic molding lines stand out uniquely, steadily gaining momentum and capturing a larger share of the market. According to statistics, from January to May 2010, the company received orders for nearly 50 automatic lines—exceeding the total number of automatic-line orders placed throughout all of 2009. The company’s domestic market share has surpassed 80%, and its regional development has been particularly remarkable, achieving its best-ever performance to date.

    Currently, Baoding Weier Casting Machinery Co., Ltd. is installing a batch of newly purchased large-scale, high-precision production equipment to further enhance both product quality and production speed, and to strive to increase capacity. Starting from July of this year, the company plans to boost monthly output of vertical lines to over eight units, thereby meeting the growing demands of the market.
